I know I've been busting balls for a month to do this, but I'm off to get my ass kcked by SEALS, cops, and Marines all weekend. We'll see how tough dentists are compared to them. Coach Glassman is speaking tonight, good stuff.

I finished Fran today with Mark with a new PR of 10:31. This is 2:56 sec and 10 lbs better then last time I did it.
Last time was with 65lbs and 13:27 this was back in April when I first started Crossfit.
Great Job guys. I can't say I'm sorry I missed this one. Just the mention of Fran makes my stomach turn! Although, I am getting my butt completely handed to me down here are CF Alexandria. Last two WOD's:

7 Rounds
7- 2'fers wall balls (meaning double squats. When you come out of the first squat you throw the ball up, when the ball is in the air you squat again before catching it)
7- C2B Pull ups
My time rx'd 13:03
BTW, The OTG shirts are a big hit here! We should go global with them!

This was the - hardest - workout - ever. Well, in 8 months of crossfit anyway. It took me half an hour to recover. My vision was actually f'd up after words, the ground was wavy. I felt very, very, very weird. First time that ever happened to me.
PR'd this bitch by 2 minutes, my previous time was 7:20 back in April, finished today 5:31.
I really wanted to get to the 4s. That'll be next time around. I want no parts of Fran for a LONG time.
Nick, 3:24 is crazy. I have to imagine you are pretty much unbroken to get that time.
I went unbroken on the first round, but it fell apart after that. If I could do a teeny bit better on the pullups, I can get under the 4s.
Sorry, I meant IN the 4s. I would have to do a LOT better on the pullups and thrusters to get UNDER the 4s.
Domo-son was with my Baby's Mama and me little lad at the beach today burning our Irish ass's in the sun! Sorry I missed Fran, tell her she's a Charlie Uniform November Tango for me.

Joe, you did awesome and thanks for the extra help on the kip. Will keep working on it and maybe will be to complete my first pull up by the end of next week.
As for Fran, my first time. Finished at 7:58 with some modifications... 45lbs and pull ups on the rings. Still a tough workout.
