One should suffice, unless you're not feeling it.
As many attempts as your grip allows.

Leanna pulled 215...
Lindsay pulled 250lb...
Eric pulled a ton..
Haymen broke 300 - a PR of 70lbs!
Tami pulled 175...

finished with 325, failed at 335 at the end. hurt my back beforehand doing some snatches which probably didnt help, but a nice PR i'll take.

I finished with 305, I failed with 310. I only did 5 rds though, I move up in weight to quick. But this was the first time I did this one so I really had no clue where to start. I have to say I never thought I could pull so much. I wonder how I'm going to feel tomorrow.

I also banged out 14 pull ups. I feel like I could have done more if my grip was there, but not bad I'm happy with it.
