Did the 1000m row/21,15,9 of burpee boxjumps & kb swings last night after a quick 5x5 of bench press.
10:13 and it crushed me. I blame it on the gluten dose i got from the piece of mark's asian wendy's chicken he forced me to eat.

Thanks guys I know this weekend is gonna be awesome. I'm bringing my industrial size jug to drink all the kool-aid! I can honestly say 6 months ago this is nowhere near where I thought I'd be, so without all you guys it never would've happened. I'll be sure to keep in touch over the weekend. Have fun, take care. I picked a good day to finally show up. I pretty certain this is going to beat me down. Bring on the fun.
I did worse than I expected, 7:58. No excuse on this one, I broke the last two sets of push jerks. That wasn't what I wanted.
Had fun with the L-Sits. Can't wait till tomorrow.
Definitely seems like a WOD I'm glad I'm away from ha. hate sdhp. have fun guys and hit it hard!
I finished with 7:59 tonight using 65lbs, I feel like I could have done 95lbs but I need to work my form and get the movements down first. No need to rush it. My SDHP need work but I feel like I finally getting the push jerk.
Anyway it was a good session tonight. The L-sit sucked. I had a whopping 2 sec hold. I'll be working on that on my own, along with all the other stuff.
Oh, and on the way home I got a flat. That was fun. I left at like 715 and got home at like 845. The ride is usually only 30 minutes. So that was my second workout for the night. Fun Fun Fun.
