Did the old 150 burpees for time today. 13:26, smoked the old time of 16:02.
You're a bad man!!! I would have gotten about 30 minutes or so. HA! HA!
At parents for Mother's Day get together....sneaking away every coupla minutes to do 20 abmat sit ups (yes Joe O. I brought the abmat with me,) everyone's wondering where I keep going....getting yelled at by wife....man I Love Crossfit!!!HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to those who it applies to"Please, think of the kittens."

Thanks, I love getting those PRs, it feels real good. I hate that damn 150 burpee workout though, but it is something pretty easy to do from just about anywhere.Way to keep with it Dom! After all the crap I ate yesterday, I can definitely use some abmats myself.l8
