Definitely. Good/proper training obviously translates to PR's and weight jumps like we're all making.

I felt pretty good with this one, as far as the movement and all. I wasn't sure what weight to use so I went a little safe due to some shoulder issues and used 95lbs. In hindsight I could have used 115lbs, but there is always next time. I finished with 6:05. That would be a nice PR for me. Of course this would be the first time I did Grace so does that count? So this was my best WOD to date. We'll see what happens in a month or so.

TOUGH workout. 125lb, 8:33.

I think my form is coming along, I haven't done a lot of cleans / squat cleans. Once I got past the first few I felt pretty smooth.
My legs are weak, so muscle endurance caught up with me.

To be honest, I feel like we / I switched gears this last month. I was used to doing lighter weights that tested my wind more than muscle stamina. Now, I feel like I am WAY outside of my comfort zone with the weight, and muscle stamina is much more of a factor.

While these workouts are harder for me, I really like them because they are a lot more challenging, and I am doing sh*t I never did before.
