You can carry the plate however you like.  OHSQ's are hip below knee and burpees are chest to deck and arms overhead with full extension of the hip at the top.

This one was rough. I think the OHSQ were the toughest part. I was only able to use 65lbs for one. But even that was almost to much. When I come in again I'll have to have one of the guys check my form in it because I felt like I was all over the place. The overall time was 34:05. Pretty long I would say, but I also have nothing to compare it to. I did lose a lot of time when I went from the basement up the steps to the back yard. Maybe a total of 2 minutes was lost. Either way still over a half an hour.

Can someone give me an idea were some of the other people were with this one.

No idea, never did it. Sometimes it is better that way. Just make sure you beat that next time.

I missed yesterday due to my hands, but I will be there tomorrow 1t 4.

That would be cool. I am usually in Mon Wed at 4. I can change up any week, but that is the schedule I'm keeping right now. Its tough with the boys in baseball right now, I have 4 games a week, tough schedule.

Hands are getting better, but I am off pullups this week.
