15:50, this workout suckkkked. C2B was definitely an eye opener, but gotta love it.

Joe, you smoked that one.

I found out that I actually had to touch my chest to the bar, not just get added height on the pullups. I spent the last two rounds trying really hard to touch the bar, and I think that screwed me all up, although I got more actual touches toward the end, I'm afraid I didn't do a whole lot of C2B. Gives me yet another thing to learn, I definitely don't have that technique down.

I did add more swing, and got more height than I ever did before, so there was some good.

Kudos to Lee, she gave me the courage to do the salt. If she would have passed out or something, I wouldn't have been able to do it. That was awesome.

Working out out at OTG is SO MUCH better than going it alone. Lots of fun (what a weird definition of fun).

Thank you Paul. You made some huge strides yesterday w/ C2B and with the salt application. Glad to have you back aboard.

Lots of openings for that WOD. You guys need to do some hand maintenance!! Buy a callous shaver and pumice rock and get to work!
Also, when there's some free time after the warm-up, get some C2B pull ups in to help grease the groove (GTG).

Hey I finally made it down to OTG yesterday for the WOD. I think I did pretty good with the KB swings and the sit ups but the pull ups killed me. If I could bang those out better I definitely would have gotten a better time. But it's all good I'm still a work in progress. Plus I'm pulling an extra 30 pounds so that has to account for something.

What did I finish with, well it was the longest of the day according to the board. I had a whopping 30:19. But I was total spent when it was over and glad I was done too. We'll see what happens or tomorrow WOD.

Oh and one last comment, Paul hit it right on head. So much better working out at OTG then in the basement. peace out.

It was good seeing you Jim, the most important thing on that workout is that you finished. The best part is when you do it agin, you'll crush it.

Thanks big man, nice to put a face with a name right. Here is a stupid question, which one were you? I suck at names, especially email names.

Jim, way to stick with it. I second E, the next time you see that workout, you will ruin that time, that's a guarantee. Make sure you track your times somewhere, I wish I did more of that my first month. It is definitely fun killing those early times.

Paul I write everything down. I have a little journal of all my workouts for like the last 5 years. How about that for anal?
