Any one I can do. I gotta work on my squat clean, that's the supposed standard. When are those oly classes?

We did a ton of squat cleans the other day with the Med Balls to work on form (120 to be exact)- you missed it!
We'll try to get some reps for you post WOD, if you're not practicing your muscle up.
