Great lunch class in EHT today! MFRT 55 60 65 70 with 1pd for kb swings. WOD 10rds +4+2 with 70lbs and 20"box. By any chance, did anyone find a purple speed rope with black handles in the EHT box? My initials (BB) were written in green marker on the white adjustment piece by the handles. I am pretty sure i left it at the box. Thanks!
