This was a great workout today, non-stop and the 4 min rest felt like 4 seconds...teamed up with Mindy, not sure of exact numbers, total squats 346, box jumps 192. Mindy, you did awesome!!

Dropped In on Crossfit Bloomington Normal today...

7 goblet squats with 1pood for women
7 box jumps 18in for women ( they have 18, 22's..)
7 pullups

I got 7 rounds +6 ..

Really good WOD then had instruction and muscle up progressions
