Time. Everything went unbroken until my last round of kb swings and last 5 pullups! Box jumps feeling good. I tripped over it only 2 times! Haha! Just starting to learn touch and gos.
I found myself in the fetal position after. That's all because me, kelleigh, lal, Theresa, and patty p were at the same end. Made me really push myself to try to keep up!

FB: 9rds +5 +2..chin over bar pullups. I started with C2b but that was very short lived..maybe 2 reps..lol. I stuck with chin over bar..went unbroken until the last 2 sets, forearms! box jumps and kb's were all unbroken.

1K row: 3:45.6...felt sluggish with this today.

great job this a.m. Girls, yous kicked ass!! I too hadda do chin over, 1.5p, did all rds unbrkn, 9 rounds even, v-ups 23-18-8, they killed me today; i was able to string together 9 dbl unders after the $out, so at least i was smiling when i left... hav a great rest of the day everyone!!
Good job Patrick! You'll get the hang of the speed rope really soon!! I'm still working in them as well but it started to click once I kept my arms closer to my body. Thanks for working on them with me!
