HELTON
U.S. Air Force Security Forces 1st Lt. Joseph D. Helton, 24, of Monroe, GA, assigned to the 6th Security Forces Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL, was killed September 8th, 2009, while on a mission near Baghdad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle.
Helton is survived by his mother, Jiffy Helton.

Teamed up with Kelliegh today, both rx'd 32 or 33 something. Squat cleans were awful...that's gotta be one of the worst moves ever!! Awesome job Kell:)

Went solo today:
3 rounds - 800 m run, 30 db squat cleans, 30 burpees
1st round I did 35 lb db squat cleans
2nd and 3rd round I did 25 lb squat cleans.
Wow, you gotta get low for them as Tony corrected me. haha thx Tony:)

Funny thing is I decided to do this WOD because I figured I had to do burpees anyway... so why not mix something else in...ugh. I don't think I've ever spent so much time standing over the bar!
On a positive note, I felt my form improving while concentrating on keeping the bar close to my body.
Almost forgot the nut bra seems perfect for me the next time nick gives one of those work outs that makes them feel like there dragging the ground.
I teamed up with Theresa today. I must say I do not care for running. I also need to learn not round my back when I put the bar down. However, I did survive thanks for pushing me Theresa. Great job everyone!!

On a side note.....I must suggest the you tube video the nut bra to everyone. Apparently this video has been out for a while....so many years I was missing out. Have a great weekend everyone!
