Fb: 11rds+5+7+50m.
Used 35lbs for the snatch and red band for dips. I worked on form and started to get a better understanding of the snatch. All but one round of snatch unbroken. Went unbroken with dips.(going to start using the purple band I think)

Felt great to be outside today. Loved the 400m cool down.

Did FB tonight. 45 lbs on the snatch so I could work on my form and a single band. Got 9 rds plus 3 snatches. Liking these 20 minute AMRAPS.

loved this wod :) Unbroken snatches till round 5 or 6, then broke them up 3-2 or 4-1, same with ring dips, broke them up around round 5, 5-2.
finally felt like I was hitting all the right positions on the snatch tonight, really concentrated on the shrug, and keeping my elbows high and outside. Great coaching Mark! Nice to see you back Kevin!
