Sheri, thanks for keeping me in check with my time...screwed up that 5th round..lol.My goal was to stay under 40sec for each round and I'm happy with that but I think I should have gone heavier. Great job 930! Lali, awesome job with the lift...so strong!

The burpees really killed today, i'm with you Sheri, couldn't hardly catch my breath between rounds, this no single in between is def a work in progress, great job 930, esp Mindy & Becca, you guys did great!
