Hey Chris!! FB: 115 lbs. :24, :23, :23, :25, :24, :26, :23, great job 9:30, see yas in the am.....
Did FB this morning. Nice to see Tony and Nipur.
Did 85lbs which wasn't extremely heavy but any type of cleaning is a HUGE Goat of mine. It was nice to have Mark there for support and encouragement : )
Double Unders went very well today so I was able to do the 25 during each round even though we had the option to scale it- excited about that.
HSPU were fun as Mark took the plate away and I did one abmat and worked really hard on getting my head off the wall .. started to click!
Overall, a great workout!
ps-
STACY!!!!!! I had my first taste of plates hitting the garage floor , and what sounded like someone coming through my kitchen wall with hspu this morning as Steve did the wod early morning.. You are a SAINT to have listened to that the past few years!!!!!!

My goal was to stay under 30 sec and to do the work during the rest...was doing well until the sprint on the 5th round I stepped on a rock and somehow it affected my big toe...it hurt like hell! No more sprinting on rocks for me! Great Job 930!
Fb: 90lb
25, 24, 24, 27, 22, 23, 24
Everyone should go skydiving before a WOD. Your adrenaline pumps for hours. It was my third time going this am.. Would love to get a CFotg group to go!! It's only right down the road!
FB wod started at 155. increased to 165 after third rd. Rds all took about 25sec
If my shoulders weren't shot before today, they certainly are now!
Active rest tomorrow. 57 Burpees somewhere along the NY thruway
I appreciate the pointers on my stance Mark, thanks!
Great job 4:30
Adv - 125lb thruster... little too light, but let me work on form.
23, 23, 22, 24, 24, 26, 28
Workout
185 Squat Cleans and run in 35 seconds in the first round then the time decreased to the high 20's as the rounds continued.
I was more concerned to get all the "rest" work in than anything else.
Thanks Joe for the great coaching and we all wish you the best at the Garage Games this weekend in New England!
Remember this...there was OPT, then Amundson, followed by Miko, and now there is Joey O!
Wow, that was a lot of work that "rest"... Ha!
FB WOD @155lbs w/ all active rest completed:
:26/ :25/ :25/ :25/ :28/ :40/ :27
All reps on the SQCL were TnG, except that damn :40sec 6th round. That little guy is due to a failed 2nd rep. Sucks... but I recovered and finished that bitch.
What I didn't finish was my burpees... got thru 25 of the 131, leaving 106 to go... adding them onto tomorrow's tally, its gonna make it a 163 day. Uhmm, that's gonna be GREAAAAAT......
175 lbs, :29 - :30 between all rounds
enjoyed the rest! Great coaching by Mark.
LOVED THIS ONE!
FB:
Rds 1-3 @ 85lbs 23-25 sec
Rd 4 @ 90lbs 35 sec
Rd 5-7 @ 95lbs 40/43/41 sec
Did all active rest. HSPU's 1AM, unbroken except round 5 (had to adjust wrist). Used wider hand position today for 1st time & it didn't hurt the shoulders. STOKED! Rds 3 & 5 of DU's unbroken...super happy!
