Callin it quits for today w/ the burpees... Did 125 in my work gym earlier today. Just busted out another 115 here at home. I'll tack the remaining 75 onto tomorrow's 56 for a total of 131. Man, that's something to look forward to.

See you in EHT tomorrow.

Humbling wod today....

Did 55 - 65 - attempted 70 but kept failing on 2nd rep, then dropped to 65 and did another rep or so.
Did 5 lbs to work on tgu form
Then did about 55 du's per round

For the wod I did 85lbs. And it took me 14:49. Hand opened on pull ups. Not happy w my time, but I guess we all have those days!! Just couldn't get it together physically or mentally!

Taking a couple of days off. See everyone Friday! Great job 4:30!!

Press: 65 - 75 (could only get one rnd) dropped back to 65 (got a little excited at the start I guess!)
Side plank felt good.
Singles: tried to work on keeping my arms tight to my body. Made me realize how long my rope was. No wonder I pratically hold my arms straight out! LOL!

ADV WOD: 13:20
Push Press @ 55 unbroken except for last 3 of last round
Burpees: nice to get 'em done in a WOD
Pull Ups: Felt pretty good considering I have done so few in the recent months.

That one sure did welcome back the shoulders/elbows in a BIG way! :)

JP & Kristi... way to stick with the challenge!

Going to Vermont...see you all next week. I'm sure Justin and I willpost a VT WOD or two!
