FB: 17:36, 55lbs snatch First time doing rope climbs in a WOD. I feel like I am getting better at them. Im glad a made it through all 15.

Decided to skip the rope climbs b/c my legs were tore up from Saturday...need to get me some long socks!lol

Cashout:3rds 10Wall balls(14), 10 burpees, 10kb swings (1.5)then 500 m row rest 2 min then 250m row intervals w/ 45 sec rest x3. Great job 930 girls with your rope climbs!!
First time back since I hurt my back and felt GREAT to be there this morning, although my back still feels "tweaky". Modified the rope climb with seated to stand position and back down and did 65 lb snatch which felt good but didn't want to push it. Finished up with 50 burpees and a nice cool down run with Priya! Thanks Michelle for always making Tuesday mornings enjoyable : )
Went advannced at school with doing snatch @ 135 instead of PP.

PROPS, to all the rope climbers out there today!
Started out FB with rope climbs today, but pooped out and got nervous that I'd fall on my second one (I think) so finished the WOD doing a scaled rope climb (pulling up to standing with straight legs) with 70 lb snatch.
Then did 20 burpees, 50 hollow rocks and a 200m run with Steph.
Then, I needed to prove to myself that I could do it, so I got back on the rope and did an in-control, non-panicky rope climb to 10 feet. Self, I'm proud of you.

Got thru rounds 5-4-3 then forearms were on fire. timed out at 20 minutes

So psyched! Today was my first real rope climbs!! I have been absolutely terrified of going down but I finally figured it out today!!
FB: 19:16 did the climbs to as high as I felt comfortable, they got higher each time. 85lbs for the snatch, snatch felt all kinds of wrong today...

Hit the ADV WOD yesterday cuz the snatch movement would aggravate my healing neck/shoulder. Felt great going thru the movements today... Nice WOD Joey O!
