I wish IO could have made the 6:30 with you guys. My schedule is just too crazy with the new house and all.. So had to do the workout on my own at the JCC.

FB: Rx'd 6:08(PR), last time was 7:13. I was feeling pretty beat up and tired this morning and was going to skip this one...I even drove past the box to do something else and then turned around. Glad I did:) Way to kill it Lali!

6:30am in EHT and literally every bumper plate in the box was loaded up. We even had to use a few 5Lbs! Classic.

Short but intense. A great way to end my first 5 day stretch of Crossfit. Needless to say I'm looking forward to the weekend.
Fire breather: RX'd @ 5 flat. I wanted to break 5 minutes but my burpees really slowed down midway through the 4th set.
