Fun to be a part of the 6:30 Friday morning EHT crew today!

FB: 95 lbs; only rounds 3 & 5 were unbroken, rnd 4 should have been but I lost my grip. Rnds 1 & 2 I hadn't built enough confidence yet! Thanks Justin for believing I could handle 95 unbroken! Scaled the DU to 15 a round.
Didn't break down the rounds, they were all pretty consistant at just under 4 minutes each. Total time w/ rest: 27:28

The DU continue to be a huge goat for me! When I try to work on better form I don't get any so I revert back to jumping my knees to my chest and holy cow they KILL me!! Oh, I dream of the day I am efficient at DUs! :)

Great job Kristen...way to hang in there! Steve M awesome job at 165 or was that 185? :) Rikk from Texas nice meeting you!

Nikki - Your DU's WILL get better! Remember, they're a skill, and all skills take time to develop. It may take a day, week, year, or whatever your learning curve allows. Your goal is to be better than you were yesterday. Doing the same thing over and over again will always give you the same results. Take time to step outside what you're currently doing and attack it from a different angle. Lower jumping w/o a rope but mimicking the DU, tempo jumping w/o a rope, singles at a jumping du tempo, etc..

missed my 6:30 crew today but at least there was an Odell representing! Looks like the crew did great, I'm sure there were no pervert numbers on the white board!

Great to have a few guest at 9:30. Way to coordinate a big class Justin.

wasn't that long ago that I felt the same way about Du's as Nikki. today I did all rounds except one unbroken! I know she will be doing the same soon!

Broke on each round. But, wanted to do something heavy. DUs were pretty good today. Loved the sweat!
