Btw, this is the WOD that put my neck in the predicament its in right now. Might be skipping for the 3rd day in a row. Really need this thing to heal. Good luck kids!

Didn't know how to go about this wod since I've never done one like this......and Andrea had to explain it to me a thousand times..LOL!

With this as one of my weaker lifts I'm glad this came up today because I was forced to work on it...I think this gives me confidence that the next time I do a 1 rep max, it'll be heavier (I hope!:). Great job everyone!
Joe, loved the warm-up and the sled runs/tire flips...we should do that stuff more often:)

Happy with my 1 RM. The 155 for 10 was a little to heavy, I should have gone with 145. within the 9 reps I got, my depth was suspect on a few.
125lb for 20 was feeling real good, I just lost focus.
Had to battle for last few reps of 30, but I got them!

Too much variation from my 1st 1 rep max to my 3rd, but never tried a sequence like this before. The 10/20/30 were too light, but now I know where to work from.

Stuck around to $out with 6:30 class... glad I did even though I went airborne and bit it on the rocks after letting go of the sled to sprint! If nothing else, it was a memorable $out - LOL

I ended up hittin it the ADV tonight with the 6:30 crew... I felt OK going into it. But I def wasn't ready for OHSQ's. That would've just killed me. Anyway... GREAT WORK tonight. Khari, Kelli, Tim and Dan, all stellar work!

was nervous going into this, still not as comfortable as i'd like w/this movement, great job at 9:30, mine went : 95/65, 115/55, 115/35, and yes, the cash out was fun!

Sorry I missed this WOD! Work has been really beating me up this week. My back wasn't feeling quite right. Nothing like little me moving 230lbs of dead weight around all shift.

Most of you know that I usually come from working night shift before hitting the box in the AM. I am glad I started crossfit this May to keep me from getting REALLY hurt at work! I think I can speak for a lot of the nurses when I say that!

You all looked like you did great today! Good job! See you in the AM 9:30!
