Lift 145lb for 3x3

Felt sluggish and weak today... could have probably got more on lift - 145lb wasn't easy, but not a struggle on any rep. Right weight for WOD... 8th, 9th, 10th rep on 3rd set was a challenge to remain unbroken. Look forward to doing again on a day when I feel stronger.

Never have I walked away from a "clean" wod and been so excited and had it feel so good! It's no secret that my form has been, um, not so great... but today it felt like it clicked! Thanks Nick & E for your help. Nick, thanks especially for the reminder to keep a loose grip on the bar! I want to keep the shoulder feelin' good!!

Lift: 60-70-80-85 and could have gone heavier, the lift felt great, but time was up on the lift.
