Hit the 630 class this a.m....did this one alone because I was the only one there .."Kelly" 400 m run, 30 box jumps 24' and 30 wall balls x5 and it was so hard!! I love to run and do long winded workouts and I struggled with this one. I'm thinking I would have been done around 30-35 min but it took me 41 min... Nick, it was nice to have a one to one session, thanks for coaching me through that:) See you all in the a.m:)

Firebreather: We got 35:33 I think.. I used the 14lb ball.. Might have been a bad decision but got through it. Great 9:30 in Williamstown today!!
wow, good one today, i was worried for the run, but those wall balls were killer..... teamed up w/Mike, we did FB, 36:07, or close to that. Great job 930!!

Thanks girls...wasn't moving so quick with this wod doing it alone, had trouble pushing myself taking lots of breaths and breaks but I was glad to get through it..... Awesome job with the wallballs Sherri...way to stick it out, great job Patrick and Mike, and killer time Kristi!!
