Like the wod! may have to make it up at some point this week because my body is on strike from working out for today.

Kristi, Mark and Kevin - So much fun yesterday! Proud to call you guys team mates. I speak for kristi and myself when I saw we will be fully committed to wall ball 18x/week hahah!

Lift OHSQ: 85-95-xx, ran out of time due to my hesitation as usual.
WOD: started with 115 and had to strip weight in my 3rd rd, did 95lb for the rest. Total rds. 10..not feeling the cleans today at all!
Great job 930!!

And for those who competed yesterday...I heard you guys really kicked ass!! Great Job all!!!

Went light on squats bc of soreness. 55-65-75

Wod: 105 10 rds + 3 pc

This was 20 lbs heavier and 1 round more than in sept. Super stoked about the improvement!

LIFT: 65-85-105 psyched because 105 was my 1RM and tonight I did it x3!

WOD: 115# 9 rds.

Cashout: wendler deadlift 5x135, 5x175 5x185+2 miscalculated my weights a a little.. then 10x125/

Ring dips 3x5 one leg in purple band.
Then some du practice and some box jumps.

Great job everyone today!

lift: 65-85-95 weight wise i had room to go up but focused more so on form.

wod: 125lbs (obvi not my bw). 8 rds. was shooting for 9 rds but oh well!

Felt pretty solid in the OHSQ, even though I really do struggle with that DAMN movement! PC's on the other hand are my business! Thanks Dan for the extra push in the GOAT.
