Completed my WOD today @ my work gym... but apparently SDHP's ARE FROWNED UPON IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

So to keep the gym staff management off my back, I mixed together the ADV and FB WODs and came up with the following. It went together well, but I know I would have gotten SO much more out of it at OTG!

Mark helped me find my one rep max today. I kinda forgot already but am almost positive it was 115.
Wod: 4:59 unbroken. I killed that shit!
(imagine this next statement in fine print) 55lbs/20 du's.
Even though I called Laura the P word I just want to give mad props out to her 75 pull-ups! Now that's a number to produce if you ask me. Speaking of producing. Do you mind if I produce your name the next time I call a cop a curse word and am about to get in trouble?

Never thought I would ever have to say this out loud-- thanks Nick. Your correcting my SDHP form really helped today. Still feels awkward but much better.
My gift to you is the WOD ( word of the day) - "pesky". Feel free to use that to name a future workout.

WOD Rx(?): Pesky of a WO it was-6:13....my back is SO sore & I was so busy concentrating on IT that I forgot what I was doing-didn't do the DU's unbroken, sat down at one point to have a conversation and catch up with Steve P. It was a mess. Guess that's what happens when you live with someone who makes up his own sequences!

Great job everyone who knew what they were doing, you did great!

Now 8pm can't come soon enough!

wod: 4:44 did 75lbs but scaled the DU's to 10 unbroken...in hindsight should have done 15. almost 3 minutes faster than back in oct (as well as 10 lbs heavier and last time didn't do any du's unbroken). steve p thanks for the du tip!!

LIFT: 95/105 in hindsight this was waaay to light but oh well..

WOD: 5:34 75# and 20 broken(with singles between) DU's. Huge improvement from Oct!

Well, I have to say I think I missed out on alot at 3:30!?!!??

Went with ADV, no lift (elbow issue)
115 lb DL / shot for 60 UB singles... got 100, 67, 70 & 75 ... happy with that.

Now onto WOD 3... EEEWWWWW. Not what my elbow or shoulders was hoping for but I'll manage!
