Did it last night: 9rds +5+10. Personally a little dispointed. Goal was 10+

Nikki and I went to a party afterwards and I found myself, more times then not, wondering what I should have done differently. The other half of the evening I tried to explain to my non crossfit friends my facebook pics.

They just don't get me!

Doug: You did GREAT for not feeling well but it was apparent that you weren't all present today! You weren't your usual "monster" self before a game wod. But congratulations just the same b/c 9+ is terrific!

Mary: SO SO proud of you today! You hustled through those wall balls and right to the cleans. You looked strong through the entire 20 mins. GOOD JOB!

Posted on the wrong day... anyway games WOD 7 rds + 5 + 7. Thanks for the push Wtown crew. As I said earlier, the 150 sit-ups on Thursday felt real good today!

games wod: 6 rds + 5. considering I suck at t2b, I am very happy with this. wall balls and cleans felt good! bambi-thanks for judging, counting, encouraging...you were so helpful and positive and you really got me through it!
