just a thought...the box has Gym Boss timers (around $20?) for sale that are great for when you're doing WODs during open gym time, traveling, etc.. You can set it for tabata, rounds, count downs...

Me and Patty P teamed up today and did Firebreather, I did 95lbs, Patty did 65lbs...our time 16:43. Pretty tough today, push jerks felt horrible with the t2b..BTW, love my new jump rope Nick! Felt like I flew through the D.U. Have a great weekend everyone!! Great job today!

First part of Firebreather Rx, second part I scaled down to 75 Ibs for the jerk. Just wasn't feeling strong enough to do the 95 this morning. Nipur-you did awesome, Rx'd the entire thing- 16:21

Glad you posted fisrt Bambi because I forgot our time.
Sat team workouts are my favorite.
To set the record staright, I wasn't being patient, I was savoring the time you worked out so I could rest. We were evenly matched for this workout and each did our owm share. What more could you ask for in a work out partner.
The guys did great, but I must admit I am always more impressed by the girls and what they have accomplished. Great job Bambi, Kelli, Jax and Maria.
Justin...I'm reading your first post and I'm thinking....wait...how did I miss Nikki there, did she come and leave?-hahahaha! Easy to do, huh? At least I'm not the only one!

I was in the Vitamin Shoppe up by Costco by yesterday and I was describing the vitamin you said was working for you shoulder. And they were like Bob, who does CrossFit and is working in Prinction now? I said yes that's the one. You are well known there. I bought the stuff, will see if it helps. We miss you in EHT
