Not making it in today for this brute of a WOD... I've got an interview followed by work, errands, and then a benefit tonight. Grrr...

Good luck everyone!

Btw, checkout this guy... it's a great pic, but who brings an olympic bar and weights to the top of a cliff somewhere in Canada and starts practicing goats, I mean OHSQ's?

Nice pic; what happens when he fails? Maybe we don't want to know.

Great 0930 WOD this morning in Wtown. After a few days off it felt good to expend energy. Now I can think clearly....for a few minutes.

Great job everyone!!

1 year today that I've been a part of OTG...can't believe it. Still remember the fundamentals classes with Nick and Mark thinking how am I ever going to learn these movements, throw heavy weight around, last on the rower for more than 100m..lol. So funny because lately I've been banging my head against the wall trying to re-evaluate my goals and focus on weaknessess but today I said for once focus on what I achieved throughout the year. For one, power cleaning 135 this week was the kicker, overcoming fears with lifting heavy weight overhead, pullups(still working on), snatching 95lb...the list can go on and on. Just want to thank my coaches and my fellow members who I now call friends for your support over the year and I'm looking forward to new and exciting things!

I'll have you know Maria, that I have re-dedicated myself to the DEADLIFT !!!

I'll be implenting them into my weekly routine at least once a week for the next 3 months.

Chris, my schedule is packed. What with running a practice, raising triplets, building a house, and conquering the world, sometimes my Adonis body has to suffer. Don't worry, I'm back. Gotta get ready for the Tough Mudder. You know, the one everyone pussed out on.
