since i took yesterday off to give my elbows a break, i did the games wod today. did 6 rds +9+5. Thanks Kel for judging, encouraging, and strategizing. think i'm going to tackle this one again on saturday.

looking forward to doing this wod in a few weeks after my ankle heals. Looks like a good one.

Tried some trial box jumps today...not so good. Jumping up is ok, but I have to step down. Still I am keeping my fingers crossed in hopes I can go all out on Saturday! We shal see....

With the way everyone is slaying these WOD's maybe I'll just stay home and eat popcorn!

Wow... My calves just do not want to loosen up from Tuesday's 400m dashes... That many consecutive runs in the Vibrams was a first. Guess my chicken legs weren't ready for that. Sat out today's WOD and spent 35 mins stretching, rolling and lightly running through the Week 2 Open WOD's movements. Hoping to feel fresh and ready to kill it on Saturday AM. Hoping you're there killing it with me, Justin!
