Did Buffalo today since I can't go overhead yet.

Felt great just to workout.

WOD: 9:06....as Paul asked, "did you stop for lunch?"
A little disappointed w/ the amount of time it took me to finish this. I figured under 7-8 at most....but forearms were fried by round 3 & shoulders weren't feeling too strong either. Oh well! Still fun and nice to have Kevin join us for a 9:30. Thanks for the encouragement to finish it up! Great job everyone!

Did 7 ring dips for the first round and then I was done. I'm still sore from the past two days.

Thanks for the push Maria, would have been a lot slower without you there next to me in the corner of my eye:) Haha, just think, if I would have wrote my rounds down, you would have beat me.

When did the "Incident" go back to Bambett?
I was not feeling it today. Thought was going to do between 6-7 minutes and finished at 8:20.
Push Press was slowing me down after round 3.
Think feeling beat from the past few wod's.

This post is for you, Nick, since you say I never do this. LOVE the new video. Have to say I really enjoy those. Keep them coming.
WOD was tough for me today. Even at 45 lbs my time was 10:33. I guess this means it was the right weight?
7-6-7 on the cash out with a single band
Been working on my pull up without a band. I think my habd strength/tolerance for pain is the limiting factor here. Thanks to the coaches of course for helping me and to Tony and Paul for your advice and Steph for your encouragement.
