I'm not really sure what to think, especially after reading it 3 times and finally realizing that there is a jerk involved but I'm tempted to give it a try.

open gym today...did yesterday's lift and wod
lift: 165
wod: 180. did 2 abmats first 2 rounds, then added a 3rd. felt like i was breezing through it (probably because i didn't do enough weight...i should have done 200lb) and went to check the stop watch after i finished .77 seconds. i tossed it after i started it and it stopped. damnit!!!! i should have stayed in bed. i never looked at the big clock so no time. lesson learned.

Used 170lb. for the C&J and got 9 rounds plus 10 pull-ups and 8 C&J. This workout was epic. We could have powered the city for a few days off of this one! Great having some visitors today. Have a safe trip back everyone. Trish enjoy your upcoming cert!
