Nice class in EHT this morning..

Great job to Fran on 2 muscle ups in a row! ..and steve who was sooo close!
My shoulder and right arm are hurting so I didn't participate much in the muscle up part today.

WOD:
158.1 , 206.9 (felt this was the hardest set), 206.9 on the last and my shoulder and arm were bothering me but appreciate the support and push from Bambi who was crashed on the floor to the right of me.. too funny!

Made up yesterday's WOD ...100lbs. 6 rounds +3, sucked doing this alone, felt like I really needed an extra push today. Forgot to do the DU and but then completed today's WOD: 1:53.7,1:51.6,1:55.1. See you tomorrow afternoon:)

also did yesterday's WOD: 170 lbs, 7 rounds even then 85 du, did not pick that up until at least 30 seconds into the three minutes. great workout, thanks Joey O for staying and getting me through that!

Great job on getting you MU Shane and Fran! Kristi you are right there! Mary, fantastic row! your technique has come a long way!

After the row, during 4:30 class, did 100 hollow rocks and then banded backsquat with Dan C. 135lbs 3 sets of 5 with a purple band.

muscle up work was fun, did weighted 25lbs. First time trying a MU with weighted vest!

WOD was not so much fun, I really didn't want to do that 3rd round. Def took more than 3 min rest too!

did some MU work and then lil open gym. Learned how to do an inverted MU. Thanks Justin for the new lesson : )

wod: 5 rds 400m and 10 snatch @55 goal to go unbroken. little over 13min.
