Same here, 1st time with the bands....35/10's (green),55/10's (green), 55/15's (green). Wouldn't mind doing that more often to help with my balance. WOD: 85lbs, 11:52. Was able to snatch it the first 3 rounds, dropped it during the 3rd so I decided to clean and put it behind my head...my shoulders felt burnt. Glad I went with 85lbs. As usual, great job everyone:)
Substituted the "F&cking Hard" WOD for today. 10-8-6-4-2 Thrusters @ 95lbs, 5 Burpees in between each set. Time - 5:14
OHSQ's or any reasonable facsimile are the bane of my existence. I can't adequately compensate for the pain in my shoulder joints. Thanks Justin for helping me try. I'm resigned to the fact that as soon as the employment situation straightens out I'll be looking for a good orthopedic. Great fun as always with Slick, K-Swat, and Rob.
nice revisit to the bands, Lift: 65/10's(Blue), 65/10's(Blue) F, 65/15's(Blue), thanks for the tips Nick! WOD: 85 Lbs, 13:34, was glad to finish this one,
thanks for the kind words Michelle, great job 930, see yas tomorrow, hope you're bringing in some meatballs Theresa!!
Just wanted to let my OTG family know I will be going to PJ's in twp this friday for pre-bday drinks since my bday is on Valentine's Day. Come after 8 if your around :)
Had a complete mental issue with the overhead tonight. Stood there like a deer in headlights holding the weight above my head for what felt like forever before I would squat.
Lift: 65(bar+ 2 10lb plates, blue bands) 85 (same set up but 4 10lb plates) 85 WOD: 85lbs 12:50. Slow-ish but glad I did 85. Snatched it on First round then went to cleaning it and pressing it up and over for the rest. This was a killer.

Lift: a whole bunch of bouncy hard heavy lifts with all kinds of bands and kbs, too much to remember
WOD: 8:58 RXd, need to manage my rest a little bit better with those burpees, who would have thought jumping over that bar could be so hard
