One-Man Wrecking Machine...

WOD:
"Team - Penalty"
Teams of 2:
1)  50 Pull Ups C2B - Penalty: 7 Burpees
2)  50 Ring Push Ups - Penalty: 7 Box Jumps 24"
3)  50 Hollow Rocks - Penalty: 7 Broad Jumps (@ least 4')


Penalty starts as soon as you:
1) come off the bar
2) drop to your knees
3) Feet or hands touch ground


Each person must complete all reps and you must go in order.  Your teammate starts their reps when you do any of the above and vice versa.  Both teammates must complete all reps before moving to next movement.

Thoughts... I'm torn up in my hip flexors and quads... but I love it. Really, I do.

This WOD looks like it was AWESOME... but I needed a rest today.

I did the squat snatch wod from yesterday first: Rx'd at 9:45.

And OMG, so sorry Heather for bringing you down on todays wod. I rx'd and it took us 17:43. I did so many burpees and bjs, Heather probably could have down the wod twice.

First just let me say i have finally conquered my biggest and baddest CrossFit mental block tonight!

I finally jumped on a 24" box!!!!

So excited! Thank you so much Tony for pushing me and working with me!

Anyway, teamed up with Mary for this, I went back on the single band for this one, doing 7 burpees after 4 pullups wasn't the intent of this WOD and would have been miserable.
Our time was like 19 something..
Great job 4:30!!

Chris, I grabbed one of the speed ropes from the Williamstown box on Sunday for the comp and forgot to give it back to Mark after. I think Mark grabbed one also. I have it in my bag and ready to bring back but I have been out of the box sick all week. I am in tomorrow, no doubt, sick or not...
