35Ibs 9:57....Surprised that the squats felt as smooth as they did. This WOD gave me confidence to try more weight next time. Holding weight overhead and squatting have been 2 (scary) weaknesses for me & I finally feel like I'm getting stronger in both!

URGH! I think this was the worst/hardest WOD for me to date! My lack of shoulder flexibility was obvious but once I got going it turned out okay.
As for the DU!! A definite work in progress! Proud that I can do them ... even if my version is the MOST inefficient version out there! They killed me! (well, I guess not if I am here to blog about it!)
Day off tomorrow...
11:07 scaled 65Lbs, wanted to focus on form, keeping the bar close and dropping under. DU were the real time killer for me.
Picked up 75lbs after the WOD and touch and goed about 10 reps with ease.

All I want to say about this workout is owww my butt is bruised. :( Did RX but is was pretty UGLY! On the lighter side of things I strung 30 DUs unbroken the second round! Feelin stronger at rowing too! I think I am finally starting to break through my mental brick house from high school light weight V team. :D

Some of my squat snatches were really solid...It was a good workout to work on form without being too heavy. Needed that.
thanks for the help mark! i really appreciate it, i was nervous but that helped a lot. now i just need to fix my arm some how...and my squat...aaand my overhead squat...pvc ohsq (because thats just straight up embarrassing)...oh and just become flexible
