Accused of being anti-social by Nick and Bambi for not blogging. Just not a part of this "Social Network" generation. So here I am stepping out of my comfort zone cause I told them I would try. 4:30 Class 215 Bench 5 Rounds + 14 KTE
Bambi its all about embracing the load. Thanks for standing on my feet to prevent me from doing the running man while I attempted 125. Lift: 120 pr Wod: 4+8 did knees to armpits. That was a toughie.
Great work 330 and 430...great energy and lots of laughs.

Fun 6:30 class! Lift: 115 WOD: 5+10 Once I remembered how to do wall balls (2 rounds in!!) things speed up, until they slowed down again when my forearms went numb!

Wow, here's something I didn't anticipate since starting Paleo... my bench weight is down. But then again, so is my overall body weight. So, I'm thinking there is some proportional mass issue there... I'll talk to Nick about it.
Heavy Bench - squeaked out 225 with no spotter in sight. PR is 260, but that was 15-20lbs ago.
WOD: 6rds + 12 wall balls... I need more people around me for some motivation and drive. This solo sh!t is for the weak.

Lift: 130 (pr) previously 120 tried 140 2x but failed...dropped to 135 and failed that too... happy with the +10 pr!
