Ran 3.5 Parkour style (dodging street cleaners, over bumpy sidewalks and around those who didn't quite make it off of them last night...gotta love Key West!). Finished with 50 hollow rocks and 50 push ups.

Can't see the video yet. Gotta find access later.

i was very excited to see that there was no lifting today because my arms are so sore from yesterday. the shuttle runs took me back to hs gym class & the physical fitness test!!

Have to admit I wasn't very excited about this WOD, but once again I was proven wrong and had a great time!!! Great job multi tasking Nick.

Run threw me back to high school! Fun stuff!

Couldn't get anything going with the DU on the first round. 2nd and 3rd did better but still very much a work in progress!

Rope climb was fun too.

Oh, and climbing up the rope is fun! I need to stop looking down though....I automatically panic and feel like I need to come right down even though I feel like I have the energy to keep going.

First WOD back in the box since Wednesday. I was snowboarding up in VT all weekend. (GLADES ALL DAY!!!) It was a really great time, but it was also killer on the hams, hips and quads. So tonight's WOD was a lil intimidating with the shuttle runs and DUs... but with E coaching and Nick hollerin from the peanut gallery. And a big thanks to E for also helpin me slow my roll on the DUs. I nailed 35 unbroken in the third round, for 60 total in the minute. That's the MOST I've ever done in 1min, let alone unbroken.

Oh, and tonight was the 1st time I ever climbed the rope. Climbed it twice, 1st time was to try it out, and the 2nd time I went to the top... then I almost sh!t myself when I realized I had to get down!!! HAHAHA!!!
