Tried Paleo Krunch "cereal" from Steve's Original this morning with unsweetened coconut milk. Gotta say, it is pretty tasty. I maybe able to switch permanently to coconut milk.

My main issue is that there were 27 grams of carbs and 15 grams of sugar per serving in Paleo Krunch. Is this "Paleo"? I know the sugar is from honey and shredded coconut, but it still seems like a lot.

This was a damn good workout to come back to after a couple days off....shoulders were completely blown after this. Rx'd the weight but had to use a single band. Ring dips were a struggle for me but the push press was abusive after the ohsq and dips. My time 15:59. And to continue the abuse i decided to do the baseline on roids....took me 12:05...should have saved it for another day but I said f@#%* it because I wanted to get this one in. Great job 930!!!

105lb/2pood 14:54 thought I would have been faster.

I could not have anticipated how tough this WOD was...

I would have been so much better off scaling the weight to 95lbs... live and learn. Hopefully next time this comes up, I'll have gotten a better OHSQ.

BTW - The comments don't have enough PALEO... Haha!

Did yesterdays wod this afternoon, ended with 205. Hit all my reps except the last full squat clean.
50 burpees in 2 minutes.

Way to get through this brutal wod today everyone! Gettin strong boyyeee!
