Thanks Everyone for all the good wishes yesterday.It was a great day for running a marathon. NYC has such great energy and crowd support through the entire race.
The miles actually were flying by, fun race
Start was great on the Verrazano bridge where they were blasting New York New York!

Feel good today, a little tight
Don't think today will be a good day to start back with Double Unders!

So it's been awhile but today I was SUPER PISSED at my effort for the WOD ... or should I say, Lack there of.

WOD:1abmat w/10plate, 25 DU 11:23. Arms gave out a couple times...shoulders are feeling it, but overall it was a good workout! Great job 930:)

Now I'm gonna go look at the WODs for Saturday:|

WOD: 24:09 ugh. pitiful. 24" box/15 motherf-ing DU's. I don't know if it was the shoes I wore to work today or what but my ankles and feet were killing me. DU's are definitely a work in progress but I had a really hard time with them today.

Awesome job 4:30. You guys smoked me.
Great coaching Justin...thanks for the push with the lift and for the encouragement with the DU's. Kelli thanks for keeping count those last few rounds and for keeping me going.

Got 5 hspu's to start and struggled the rest of the way.

Definately enjoyed the workout though!

Lovin the competition wods. Can you strip the bar for the deadlift wod or do you have to stick with the same weight the entire time?

Doug - That's what you're pressing!?!? That's incredible!! To answer your question: You must keep the same load throughout the 3 mins of deadlifts.

Mary - There are plenty of ppl that don't even have 1 DU!!
