Muscle Up - Modification - Hanging from Rings at waist height and feet on 20" box, complete the pull and ring dip. You must land deep into the ring dip and then press out. Skipping the deep catch results in a failed rep.

Disregard my rediculous numbers for yesterday's press! I did push press by mistake.
I plan on starting this one out Rx'd on the MU's ... but we'll see how quickly that changes.
Ahh, muscle ups. It has been SO long since I have done one. I will do the "modification" today for sure.

Well, started out Rx'd ... but didn't even get close to finishing that way. I think I got 6 MU's total.
No way am I posting my crappy time ... yesterday's and today's WODs have completely pissed me off !!!
Probably a good thing I'm missing the rest of the week ... VEGAS BABY !!! (for "work" - HAHAHAHA)

I feel your pain Chris, yesterday took me 25:25 (rx'd), tried to do all HSPU's with the standards for this weekend, was ugly to say the least. The double unders weren't the problem for once.
now today, MU's are the one thing I go out of my way to avoid, not any more, here goes nothing!
oh yea, sorry about throwing the rope yesterday, it was uncalled for (at least I didn't curse this time)

Kev, actually surprised you're not heading out there with me. I hear the "Side Show Bob" convention is at the hotel next door ... you could wear your clown shoes and win easily !!!

Shoulders central. Feels good to keep hitting and working on the weaknesses. Feel like my wind is starting to come back a little in the bodyweight stuff.

Well after further review my Fran time was 4:58, two seconds faster. hehe. I reviewed the tape. Yahoo.
Lift: 95lbs and 150lbs (PR)
WOD: 10:51 I think
rings at shoulders, box, unassisted ring dips for two rounds then had to use one foot on the box for the other two rounds.
Then Jackie, Dean and I did 21-15-9 of KB's and 24in bjs.
the burpees killed me!

First time doing a heavy lift since I broke my foot, and I did WAY better than I thought.
185-205-225-245 (failed after 1). That's about as strong as ever. Not a PR, but damn close.
Those muscle up mods were horrible, not sure how many I did right, but they were pretty tough, even missed a handful of reps. Finished 6:58, at least I was unbroken on the Burpees.
Let's get some more lifts OTG! Loving it.

Lift: 115-135-145 new PR!! by 20lbs!!
WOD: 7:00 MU's from floor, false grip, jumping ring dips. It's a start!! Burpees unbroken, love them!
