Each Heat will have a limited time to warm-up.  Make great use of the time you're given after a heat has finished.
1st Heat scheduled to start about 11am
More specific heat times, warm-up times and details will be known the day of the event

start every Monday with high volume heavy deadlifts, I love it. It ensures a steady level of soreness that lasts throughout the week

So, I flat out HATE this workout !!! Just wanted to put that out there.

WOD - 9:15 (11:07 last time). Rx'd the weight and used 1 abmat for HSPU's.

tried RXing and gave up 10 HSPU into it and went to a half abmat. I was going no where fast...

very disappointed in my HSPUs tonight and really need to work on them...
12:39 with half abmat (hands on 10lb plates head down to an abmat)

I cannot believe how the shoulders fail once they don't want to go any more, like no other muscle in the body

cashing out with 30 HSPUs every day from now on

7:15 95# deadlifts, and two abmats for HSPU's. Lost count on the first set of HSPU so added 5 xtra on second set. and 5 xtra on third set. Muscle ups.. got the jist of it, but not there yet.

WOD: 35lb plates & 1 abmat, started well but quickly shoudlers wore down...7:31 only 39 sec faster then last.. but I'll take it.
