Sub'd 1.5 pood for back issue, though I think Ishould have used a 2 pood. Regardless still finished with 6:47. I'll take that.

Lift - 50-55-60-65. Did the extra set and my form finally felt right. Have room to go heavier.
Wod - 7:33 rx'd. Those 1.5 pood kbs are no joke.
Second group workout today (1st was Sat ... ouch).
Lift = 70, 85 and 105 (don't know my max yet).
WOD: 9:30 something ... just used 1.5 pood.

pretty bad when i came in this afternoon and did what the WOD is called lol. did pretty good on the lift, even with a bum shoulder, 135-155-185. did the wod with a 1.5, in 6:50 something. thanks for the push guy's and girls.
