My thought is that i'm sort of glad that I'm having to miss today's squats. My legs are spent! But I think that i'll do something on my own, subbing DU's for the OHSQ's. Will see how it goes!

Lol! For the record there was very little arm twisting involved to get Kristi to do the 2nd wod. Funniest part was that you actually told me you hated me during the wod!

missed my 930 crew today, but a great crew at 4pm.
WOD, 40 ohs @ 45lbs, 75 sit ups, lots of room for improvement, but i'll take it!

So I modified the WOD today due to my back issues.

In place of the OHSQ I did burpees.

WOD
Burpess - 62
Sit ups - 130

Worked on the butterfly pull up too. I think I have the basic concept just need to practice it more.

Still tryting to take it slow so I only did 35lbs - I def think I can do more weight next time. I did 70 - OHSQ and 125 sit ups.
