All one Rep Max's. A total of 3 sets for each exercise to find your 1 RM. Combine total amounts for each to get CrossFit Total.
Back Squat must have full ROM with hip below knee.
Shoulder Press is a movement with no hip or knee flexion.
Deadlift is from the ground up with full hip extension at the top.

275 Back Squat + 155 Press + 315 = 745 total. Good base but definately would like to get stronger! .

My press sucks. I really gotta work on that! Must break 200 on the deads next time. This was my first CFT.

235(pr),125(pr),305. 675 total, a 60lb pr from last time. Awesome job 6 o'clock.

310 (-5), 185 (-15), 405 (+20)
after over one year, total is the same 900. still plugging away

Deadlift: 155 (dropped down 10lb)
Total: 375 same as 12/09
Tried 185 on dl and saw daylight. Back still not great. Happy about press!
