I get to face the OHSQ today....first time in the 5 months I've been here..always missed them. Little scared:/
I had made a goal on Saturday to not stop during workouts to rest. But of course today has two of my worst movements...this will be a good mental WOD :) Excited for OHS!

Came back today - taking it slow. Skipped the overhead and subbed lunges for double unders, time was 14:22. Felt great to be back!
