I had made a goal on Saturday to not stop during workouts to rest. But of course today has two of my worst movements...this will be a good mental WOD :) Excited for OHS!

Came back today - taking it slow. Skipped the overhead and subbed lunges for double unders, time was 14:22. Felt great to be back!

WOD 12:51 RXd - 24 sec improvement over last time. Ran much better this time but I think I figured out that my situps are done in super slomo.
