50 Squat Cleans 95/65lbs - touch-and-go! (you may rest in front rack)
Twist: Every time you rest at the bottom (even for a second) you must complete 15 Box Jumps at 20".
then:
50 Push Ups - (you may rest in the plank position)
Twist: Every time your knee touches, one hand comes off of the ground or when you come out of the plank position you must complete 15 Squats.

Up the poconos with the kids. My son decides to undo the mooring of the boat. So, today's WOD: 100 meter swim to retrieve boat, muscle up to get on the boat, 100 meter row back to the dock. Lake security was discussing where the current would take my body after I drowned. Not today bitches!
That story was believable Atlee until you mentioned you did a "muscle up" ...
