let's see, I changed it after I posted the first time this morning.
In a funk this week. The morning wod definately helping me get out of it. Averaged about 22 all the way around. Not my best performance this morning. Hope to make up for a sub par week tomorrow morning!
I've been waiting for an FGB/tabata-esque WOD. This looks like fun.
WOD total 414...Loved the workout today but my shoulder is messed up so had to sub Jump Squats for push press. My legs are burnt out! Even though I had to sub with JSq, it was great, my legs were on fire... def needed it!
I'm pretty sure I want to go hug all of my friends right now after watching that video...and I don't really do hugs too often, so that says a lot.

Good work out today. Thought I did pretty good all around. Finished with 358. Although I did die on the row for the last 2 rounds. I'll have to work on my push for the end of these kinds of WODS.
