Haven't done bench in quit some time so this was good I was curious to see where I was with it. I'm happy with that.

Kind of slow. For some reason I don't seem to do pull up as efficiently as when I am at the gym, weird. Also I did the pull ups on the rings today so I'm sure that didn't help either, and the grip is wasted from last night.
