WOD rx'd 22:14....took me forever with those damn T2B, I hate them and so do my poor hands, wanted to quit after 20 but I suffered through them. Great job everyone! Thanks Mark and Stacey for your help:)

Felt good on the Double Unders and went downhill from there.

Broke the 1.5 KB in sets of 20 for first/10s in the middle/15 last.

Toes to Bar is my biggest weakness except for Kryptonite; saw an improvement today on them though.

Hit a PR on the 2K row tonight 8:07.

For some reason I decided to do that first the today's WOD. Go figure.

So after that I stretched for about 15 minutes and did the WOD. I was dreading the T2B, I hate them, and after all the KB's I knew they really were going to suck.

Like how I'm setting you up to the awesome time I finished with ...

My forearms were so wasted by the tme I got the T@B I could only do sets of 5 so it took forever. OH well something else to work on.
