WOD 95 lbs. at 12:46. Started out w/ 105 lbs and I think I completely psyched myself out and felt I couldn't clean it so I had to strip 10 lbs. So as Nick put it, my workout was considered "1/2 death"..LOL. Maybe next time Nick,thanks for your help!

I 2nd Chris, Awesome energy in WTown at 930, my shoulders are still screaming, and i even did the ring pu on my knees. 115 lbs, 12:03, then 26 jumping squats w/45lb. bar. great job this am everyone, can't wait for the opening day goody bags Mark !

Like the new blog style with the links at the top!! Kudos. Couple questions though...

1) who's that roided monster on the top of the blog now? Look at those arms!!

2) On the coaches link, I don't think I've ever met the first coach listed, almost looks like he ate a squirrel and the tail is visible

3) Is a yoga/flexibility class coming to the new Wtown too? Being the most inflexible man on earth, that'd be sweet (serious question, no digger or atlee-esque tone)

I couldn't get this movement down for some reason today-just wasn't feeling it. I was a mess out there! Anyway, I think that I may have finished in the 10 min range. The cash out was tough too-got 25. Legs still stiff from Saturday!
Ready for whatever tomorrow brings ;)
